You do not have to keep inventory in your store, we do all the work for you. We use a label with your name so it appears as if you are shipping from your own operation. At the end of the day we provide a report with ship order id’s, addresses and tracking numbers that you can provide to your customers.

When should I utilize Drop Shipping vs. Shipping Directly from my Facility?

We recommend drop shipping when the items are not in your store or warehouse.

How do we submit 1 order or batch orders to your facility for Drop Shipping?
  • All drop ship orders must be placed via our website. Drop ship orders are processed several times daily and automatically process directly into our computer data base. This resolves issues of incorrect information being passed from one person to the next.
  • We also can provide an excel spreadsheet that can be filled out for multiple shipments which can be emailed to jfoster@mcvaninc.com.
How do we know the shipping status of a specific order sent to one of our customers?

We will generate an email at the end of everyday to you showing who the order was shipped to and the tracking number of the package.

How do we check if a particular product is in stock within your facility?

The best method to check if a particular product is in stock is by calling 800-322-8781. To prevent not having specific items in stock take advantage of the McVan Collection Promotions and advance purchasing of products to keep in stock within your warehouse.

Does McVan Inc. offer direct consumer payment processing?

McVan Inc. provides periodically a list of discontinued products. Please be sure to disable the products immediately from your ECommerce cart. If you have inventory on these items, we recommend marking the products down and utilizing funds to freshen up your inventory.

When McVan conducts drop shipping, who is responsible for shipping expense and what options do we have for shipping?
  • The retailer is responsible for collecting all shipping charges from their customer and McVan will bill the retailer the actual published shipping charge depending on the shipping method selected. In addition to the actual shipping charges, a $6.00 drop ship fee will be charged for orders under $20.00 retail and a $4.00 drop ship fee for all other orders. Please note, websites are not allowed to sell below our MSRP.
In the "discontinued" and "to be discontinued" lists, several items are highlighted in yellow; what is the significance?

These are the newest items added to the list.

When something is on the "to be discontinued" list, how long before it is discontinued? Do you offer closeout prices for these items?

When we are out of stock on that item, it is then discontinued. Check out our close-out list on our website for special prices.
